Warranty Information

Hardware Warranty Information:

 

All new/refurbished parts that you purchase from us are covered under our 30-day limited warranty, used parts (as noted on your invoice), are covered under an identical 15 day warranty, unless otherwise noted. All warranties begin on the invoice date. If within the designated period, one of our items fails that is covered by our warranty, you MUST bring it in for servicing, or give us a call to arrange an appointment within your warranty period. Internet orders may also submit an RMA request through our e-store, (http://www.reputabletech.com).

 

WKA Innovations Incorporated may, at our discretion, replace a failed component with one that has been refurbished. If parts are no longer available, you will receive a refund, minus any shipping or labor charges, you may also be charged a restocking fee.

 

After our warranty period, you may still have a manufacturers warranty for which you will need to contact the manufacturer of your item for servicing. If necessary, we may assist you in locating serial numbers, contact numbers, etc..

By signing our form, or leaving your item(s) in our care, or by providing payment to WKA Innovations Incorporated, you understand and accept these terms and conditions.

Labor/Software Warranty Information:

 

All labor performed by and software installed by WKA Innovations Incorporated is covered under a 7 day warranty. If within this period your device begins acting identically to the way it did prior to you having it serviced by us, we will at no charge repair your Computer, or other device. If during the repair process, we discover alterations made by you or other third party, or discover that your computer or other device has been infected with a virus, or has been corrupted by you or other third party program, our warranty shall be null and void. You will then be responsible for paying our standard labor rate(s).

Fees & Surcharges:

 

WKA Innovations Incorporated charges labor according to the table below. Our labor rates are in addition to any hardware your Computer or other device may need. We do our best to contact you for repair authorization. If we’re unable to reach you, or leave a message, and if the part is under $100, and if we have it on hand, we may, at our discretion repair it without your authorization. If this happens, you may still decline the repair, at the time of pickup, or when we notify you that your computer, or other device is ready for pickup.
